1. Acceptance of Terms

BK999 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or if suspicious activity is detected on an account. Common documents requested include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

3. Account Rules

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on BK999 Game. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. BK999 Game will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report a compromise to us.

Account Verification (KYC)

No currency conversion is applied — the amount you deposit and withdraw is exactly what is reflected in your PKR account balance.

Deposits

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed quickly and typically reflect in your account balance within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast transactions may take slightly longer depending on the initiating bank. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. BK999 Game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed once your account identity verification is complete. Standard withdrawal processing times apply, with VIP account holders benefiting from priority processing that reduces waiting time. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. BK999 Game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

• Withdrawals are only paid to verified account holders in their own name.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on BK999 Game — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport or market type, as well as these general terms. By placing a bet, you accept the odds offered at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed and a bet reference number is issued.

Sports Betting

Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the relevant event. Live in-play bets are accepted during the event at the discretion of the trading team. BK999 Game reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice — this commonly occurs during significant moments in a match such as wickets falling, goals being scored or other decisive events. Bets placed after an event has started but before the market was officially suspended may be voided at BK999 Game's discretion.

For cricket markets — including PSL, domestic T20 leagues and international fixtures — specific rules apply to rain interruptions, shortened matches and abandoned games. In general, if a match is abandoned before a result is determined by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) or equivalent method, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned. Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, blackjack and other titles available on BK999 Game — are governed by the rules embedded within each individual game by the game provider. Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within the game interface. BK999 Game does not modify the outcome of any casino game; all results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BK999 Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and eligible game or market conditions. VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exploit VIP benefits commercially will result in immediate removal from the programme.

10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Suspension & Account Closure

BK999 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or activity deemed inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms — for example, if you choose to close it yourself — any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard processing checks are completed. If closure is due to a breach of these terms, BK999 Game reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, BK999 Game will take reasonable steps to prevent further access to the account during the exclusion period.

12. Limitation of Liability

BK999 Game provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or free from temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted, BK999 Game shall not be liable for: loss of winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors; financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by users; unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain password security; or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits BK999 Game's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded.
